I will recommend RC&C to everyone I meet! I needed my eyesight windshield replaced and had held off for months based on the last experience I had replacing it, which cost me over $1,000 and had me in a rental for weeks. RC&C got me in for an appointment the week after I called, took an hour to do the replacement and calibration, and charged me significantly less. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional. Scheduling an appointment was a breeze, and they were very accommodating to my schedule. When I arrived, the staff was friendly and efficient, making sure I was informed about the process and estimated time for the replacement. The quality of the work was outstanding. The new windshield looks perfect, and they even took the time to clean up any debris from the old glass. I was also impressed by their attention to detail, ensuring everything was installed correctly and securely. The people at this shop shocked me with their kindness and generosity. My day was a complete disaster, shattered my back window right before work. After calling around for a bit, RC & C were the only people who could get me in that day and they had the best rates! When I got there my phone had died and they went looking for charging chords right away and let me stay late to get my phone charged. Well, that didn’t work so Pete ordered me an Uber AND paid for it. THEN I lost my phone on said Uber, and Pete came to hand deliver my phone to my home. While this day was rough, I would have been completely stranded in a new city if it weren’t for these people’s kindness. On top of it all, the window was as good as new the next morning. You will get more than customer service here, you’ll get people who genuinely care for others as their neighbor- and that’s a title hard earned. I couldn’t recommend this business enough.

The shop did a fantastic job of taking care of me from the moment I walked in. I parked in the wrong lot and Peter, the owner, didn’t hesitate it to help me by grabbing my car for me instead of making me drive around to correct my mistake. Then I was in and out so quickly, I couldn’t believe it. I brought work to get done, but it was unnecessary, because the service was fast and efficient. I was so impressed that sent my husband in to get his Jeep taken care of, and same thing happened for him. He was in and out quickly. Had the passenger window of my Audi smashed. The big shops my insurance recommended were a week out for scheduling. And I was spending way too much time on the phone trying to set it up. I didn’t want to drive around with no window for 10 days. Called McDonald Automotive (my car dealer) and they said they always recommend RC & C. Looked at the reviews and called them. So nice. So quick. So affordable. Had my car in the next day and done in an hour. Couldn’t have been easier. Highly recommend.

Called Peter a month or so ago about replacing his windshield (2020 Tacoma TRD Long-bed), after getting the referral from a Toyota Dealership. Peter impressed me with his knowledge, and especially his price quote. With everyone busy, we just got the vehicle to their shop today. Veronica worked with my other son who brought the vehicle in while his brother was out of town. She was very professional, kind, and humorous. Not only did she honor the quote Peter gave us months ago, but she included the tax in that quote. Needless to say RC&C Auto Glass is an outstanding business, family owned and operated for decades, and working with them solidified to me the reason they’ve been in business so long, and why Dealerships are very comfortable referring clients to them. They even re-set the Dash-cam, and hid the wires (my son had the wires hanging) as a nice touch of above & beyond customer service. There is no question we will be bringing any of our other vehicles directly to them when we have a service need. Kudos to Peter (owner’s son), and Veronica for bringing a lot of sunshine, honesty, and quality to a business where you usually see callousness, poor service, exorbitant pricing, and a lack of integrity. Add the fact that this is a Colorado grown, owned and operated business, there should be no reason to go to any other windshield-glass shop in Denver +++.
