Precision Auto Glass - Littleton

While in Boulder visiting family, I accidentally broke the back window in my 4-Runner. In looking for a replacement, I reached out to 3 different Denver area Toyota dealerships, but none had the glass in stock and they couldn't guarantee to get it in town before I needed to drive home (TX). I called Precision and I was immediately impressed. 1) I didn't have to wait on hold for 10-12 minutes to get to the right department and find someone who knew what they were doing. 2) They were very professional, asking the right questions (make/model, options) to make make sure that they could match the original glass 3) Price - They were ~$300 less than any price I received from the 3 Toyota dealerships I talked to 4) They had the glass in stock 5) And, most importantly, they were able to schedule the installation before I had to leave for home. Precision was simply outstanding to work with. The installation specialist had 21 years in the business. He was on time, took all of the appropriate physical distancing to make he and I both feel safe, he was professional, thorough, polite. The tech was there an hour and a half before the window the receptionist gave us, which was awesome. They came to my apartment and fixed my windshield in less than an hour. After the horrible ordeal I had with Safelite completely breaking my windshield beyond repair when it was taken in for a simple chip and small crack repair, and then refusing to replace it for any less than the quote they gave me ($544) despite it being that shop’s fault my windshield was broken, Precision Glass did it for $320. Couldn’t ask for better service or a better price. I will definitely use this company for any future windshield issues. 5/5

I am a person that truly appreciates good customer service and I felt obligated to write a review for Precision Auto Glass. I called them first thing Thursday morning when my power window went out on my chevy pickup. I was advised that they could have this problem fixed for me the same afternoon between 1 and 4 and the technician would call me 30 minutes prior. Well what do you know, I received a call at 1:15 and the tech was there at 1:45. It only took him about 30 minutes to complete the job when everybody else I had called said it was about a 4 hour job and wanted to charge three times as much. I would highly recommend these folks and will tell everybody about my great experience with them.

This place is fantastic! Great customer service, professional and knowledgeable installers all at a fair price! I will use them again! I called to schedule an appointment while I was at the airport just before they closed. I was given a price and an appointment time while I was in the phone. I do not have a pen or a way to wright down anything because I was in transit so the customer service rep texted me information. The day of my scheduled appointment my timeline shifted and I showed up early. (They do mobile service but I wanted to bring my car to the shop). Used them for the first time a few months ago to replace the windshield on our SUV. I am particular about each of our household car's upkeep and since this one has very light-colored A-pillar covers, I asked the tech to be extra careful when removing, replacing the windshield so the covers remain clean. He certainly was. He did the job quickly, carefully, and thoroughly; leaving no sign behind that the windshield was ever replaced. The mirror and rain sensor were installed and calibrated correctly. No complaints. Today I called them for their opinion on the bungled windshield replacement a famous local dealership performed on our other car and have not been able to properly fix despite numerous re-attempts. The tech gave me his honest take on the cause for the issue based on my description. These guys are knowledgeable and friendly.

I called Precision Auto Glass - Littleton to see if they could help with a leaking windshield. It's a fair weather Porsche 911, so it took more than 2 years to find out it leaks. As luck would have it, the original installer was no longer in CO and almost none of the windshield svc companies I called were interested in helping me if they were not the original installer. I advised that one local windshield svc I found had tried 2 times to stop the leak without success & asked if they could help. Jeremy said he thought he could once he was in his new Littleton shop. He was not able to find the leak, but cleaned up the prior attempts, resealed the windshield & believes it should not leak anymore. And since he was not able to ID the leak to be sure it was fixed - No Charge. An overall professional & pleasant experience.
