Glass America - Auto Glass & Windshield Replacement

Solid crew and on top of it. Loved the spirit and honesty they did everything with. We just had one downside. We got the wrong windshield and our rain auto-sensor no longer works, but at least there’s no cracks in the glass.

Have a good experience a great price they very patrol very attentive put both my front windshield and my driver side glass and they also coordinated my windshield with my computer so everything is doing fine it was very friendly we had good talk about cars will highly recommend them

Scheduled appointment through my insurance company with no problem. Windshield replacement was completed on schedule and looks good. The only complaint is that the dashboard area should have been cleaned better after the installation was completed. Very good experience overall.

This review relates to the service of the phone administrator- not the shop /service of any repairs. Traveling from out of town, needed urgent replacement of windshield before a funeral service (as I was driving back home same day). Spoke to the First Lady- really nice, confirmed they had my windshield available for same day. I asked if I could call my insurance company to confirm coverage and call her right back- she said yes. Got clearance from insurance so I called back, a different representative answered and told me the First Lady must of lied because “I do all of the glass ordering for Lexington and I can tell you they can’t do it before the next day”. A little snappy and way less concerned about my situation I was dealing with than the first lady. I don’t know which one was actually correct, but wanted folks to be aware that what they tell you could very well be incorrect-

Great experience! Loved the communication from the first phone call, to the notification the morning of the repair about when they'd be coming by. The technician, Jake was excellent. Very friendly and did a wonderful job repairing my car window. Definitely would recommend in the future, and special shutout to Jake.

My technician was outstanding his customer service was top notch. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He explained everything to me with the new capabilities my car had why the windshield was so important. I want to personally give this gentleman a high five!!!!
