Incredible Service and Workmanship!!! They use a method of cutting the urethane to free the glass from the frame that uses a strong string instead of metal tools. When they removed my broken windshield, they found that the prior repair company had severly gouged the paint and rusted. Impact Auto Glass sanded the rust off and gave it two coats of paint. They even took photos to show the before and after. I asked if I owed them for this extra service and they said "No, just doing the job the way it should be done". The owner is there and involved and that is apparent.

I needed to have my rear window replaced on my 2020 X5. I called several glass replacement shops, but their 1st available appointment was at least a week out. I finally called Impact Auto Glass, spoke with Chris and informed him of my issue. Chris told me that he could order the window on Friday and have my window replaced the upcoming Tuesday. Chris later called me back on Friday and informed me that the glass would be in on that Monday vs Tuesday. He called me about 0815 Monday and I went in and my rear glass was professionally replaced. A rock cracked my windshield on a drive to Atlanta. My insurance recommended this shop and Chris set an appointment with me quickly. I was in the shop a couple days later and, after an hour waiting in their nice waiting room with wifi, I had a new windshield. Chris and the other men at the shop were very polite and friendly.

These guys are GREAT! I had my brand new truck for only 2 weeks when it took a rock to the windshield and got a solid chip on 526. I had put off fixing it, but yesterday brought it over to Audio Evolution for some LED headlight installation. While I was waiting, I found this shop next door and walked in to ask if they could help me out. Eric simply asked for my insurance card and put the claim through with Progressive for me, then he walked next door and filled the chip in the windshield while the truck was getting the headlights done! Absolutely awesome service, would recommend to anyone!

The guys were extremely knowledgeable and professional and did a great job. This was on an Audi too which is kind of a pain from the looks of it. They contacted the dealer to make sure there was nothing special needed for the job, and they took precautions to be sure they didn't scratch the paint while scraping off the old urethane, which some glass places don't do because it doesn't show. Thanks guys!
