Love this business! I definitely recommend. Brent was very impressive. He was accommodating, swift, and thorough. We are over the road semi truck drivers and were on our way back from Washington to Kansas when a rock decided to fulfill a vendetta on our windshield. EVERY SINGLE SHOP within 40 miles of Nampa was unavailable to help, let alone give a quote for the glass because they didn't have it in stock. I called Integrity at 8am this morning for a quote for a windshield replacement and they were able to squeeze me in for a same day appointment. I decided to stick around and wait in the lobby with my dog. Brent was very kind and very helpful. Hopefully I don’t need a new windshield any time soon, but when it’s time, I will be returning to Integrity!
