Don’t expect customer service. Not a Local Boise co. Communication is flowing when they are selling then they fall off the edge of the earth if someone goes wrong or you have a complaint. Have been waiting for any form of response since my install, tech said he would let owner know my issue that day… I have reached out multiple times and still nothing -zero follow up for 5 days. They keep sending me automated review links, was waiting to see how they would handle my disappointing issue.. but here goes…Had windshield replacement for Ford Expedition, they replaced with a much smaller aftermarket cheaper windshield. It looks like it’s floating on the front of my suv.. the gaps are so large all the way around I can see unfinished metal. I paid what other places were charging for the OEM Ford windshield, we only discussed Ford Windshield & options /calibration nothing about aftermarket options, which would also reflect in price. I cannot get a simple call or text to discuss options… what is going to happen if there is a warranty problem or leak?? No local business, just a tech in a van. If I would of received the actual product we talked about or even if they would’ve at least been decent enough to have a conversation about options to resolve/replace with a product that fits my vehicle my review would be very different, but this non communication is a black smudge on their company ( supposedly veteran owned) of course they got their money up front & iam stuck with subpar results. Don’t trust this company, spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Would be happy to change my review if Sir Auto Glass can rectify this problem anytime soon. Over 1/2 “ gap all the way around

Highly recommend Sir Auto Glass They came out to my house and replaced the windshield on my Palisade, super fast, professional, and easy to work with. The customer service was honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had., from initial call, helping deal with insurance, and install. You can tell they care and take pride in their work. Veteran-owned, local, and solid all around. Would 100% use them again and recommend to anyone needing auto glass replaced.

Tyson showed up about the time he said he would with everything prepared to work. He was friendly and professional and worked hard under the blazing sun with no complaints. He also took care of some rust he found using a wire wheel and some primer - at no charge! He was clear in his instructions after installation leaving no room for user-error. Final price was very reasonable at less than $300. Would definitely go with this company again!

It started out well but unfortunately the front office dropped the ball 3 times! 1st, no morning call to let me know when they'd be here. 2nd I called to find out when the tech would be here and was told the tech would call, no call. 3rd after the job was done (the tech was amazing, fast, polite, and knowledgeable) the front office informed the tech we owed $300. This was an insurance claim and the deductible was $50. I would say the job was quality, but the front office leaves something to be desired. All I got was, sorry from the same guy who messed up 3 times.

These guys are horrible. We have been trying to get a hold of them for 6 working days and no one calls us back. We had our windshield replaced on our F 350 Ford truck. It was installed horribly. We found 2 deep scratches on the truck from the guy removing the previous windshield, a dent and there is black caulking on both sides of the truck and on the interior ceiling on the inside on the fabric. He also left pieces of glass on the ground. This is not a reputable company and we regret that we didn’t go with Safelight!!! Please spare yourself scratches and dents and caulking on your vehicle!! I have tried to call Shaun multiple times but his voicemail is full and so I can’t get a hold of him. This is just like this company, no communication and they don’t care. 2 weeks after my last post and no response. I texted Shaun and still no response. Very unprofessional. I will be contacting the BBB about this situation.

Sir Auto replaced my window and after they left I noticed the view through it was slightly distorted. After two months of trying to get ahold of the appropriate party, being told I would be contacted, and given the run around a tech came out to look at my window, agreed it was a faulty glass and replaced it. After he left, I noticed the exact same issue. It’s now been 1.5 more months of trying to get ahold of someone to replace this 2nd faulty glass. I was told someone would be in contact with me to get it replaced and no one ever calls like promised. I would strongly advise getting your window replaced through Safelite or anywhere but Sir Glass.
