Lucid Auto Glass

This is the 3rd time I've gone through Austin for auto glass repairs. The first time he came out and repaired my rear windshield the next day, while I was at work so I didn't have to leave and the second time when my passenger window was broken out in Seattle, he sent someone to meet me the next morning, at my home so I didn't have to drive with broken glass and no window. This last time my best friend got his window broken out and everyone quoted us 500-600 to fix a window, Austin quoted us an affordable price and sent someone out the next day. I definitely recommend Lucid to everyone I know that needs a repaired windshield, especially living in Seattle or Tacoma.

5 Stars I’m visiting from out of town and got a pretty decent-sized chip in my windshield today. I called around to nearly 20 different companies, but nobody could help me—until I found Lucid Glass. They were ready to assist and even offered same-day service! I was nervous about driving home with the chip, fearing it would crack beyond repair and result in an expensive windshield replacement. Thankfully, Lucid Glass came through. Austin, the technician, showed up at our hotel and had it completely fixed within 15 minutes. I’m so thankful for their prompt service and professionalism. Highly recommend this company if you’re in need of quick, reliable help. I’m incredibly grateful!

Austin from Lucid Glass came to our rescue. On a trip from Twin Falls to Meridian in Idaho, the windshield of our motorhome decided it didn't want to be a part of the RV anymore. We called Safelite and they got a hold of Kraxx Glass who was using Austin as a contractor for glass repairs. Austin cameout, diagnosed the problem and contacted Safelite who ordered a new windshield which took about a week to receive it. Austin and another installer had the old one out and the new windshield installed in two hours like they promised. Very impressed with customer service and the quality of the workmanship. If you're in the Meridian Idaho area and need auto glass work done, be sure to call Austin.

Fantastic service! Quick and reasonably priced. No issues with installation and he comes to you! He is convenient and easy to schedule. I had my windshield replaced in my office parking lot 2 month ago by Lucid Auto Glass. Much better process than I had expected as I've never done this before. He completed the work in no time and the installation was professional. He takes the old windshield away, so you are just left with a perfect view. I did initially call some of the big players in the windshield replacement biz, but I truly like to support small businesses, so I'm glad to have found Austin.

Austin was great! He was truly very reasonably priced especially for a mobile windshield service. We had an appointment scheduled for a certain date and when he found out that my particular windshield was out of stock and would be in a few days later from his supplier, he didn’t hesitate to contact me and ask if it was ok to push it back to the day after the windshield was available. He was very punctual and did a very professional job on the day of service. Would recommend to anyone that’s looking for repair or replacement.

I was in a rock and a hard place. Gotta leave town and my window regulator went out after calling a couple places with some ridiculous prices. I called Lucid glass where Austin answered my call. The guy did everything he said he would do and in this day and age it’s priceless… Prices were beyond fair… And this guy was on point…. Thank you, Austin thank you lose a glass..
