Windshield was cheap, charged me $220 when i was told $185 on the phone, my rear view mirror was unbelievably high up which is a complete hazard and when i took it back the next day with my receipt in hand they told me they can’t do anything about it, and it is exactly the same. they showed me my pervious windshield with the rear view around an inch and a half lower under the tint liner, when my new one was placed almost directly on the tint.. they wanted to charge me another $35 for a mistake they had made and i would have to put it in myself, and the other one cannot be removed.. unreal. they also claim 3 month warranty but didn’t fix my rear view? Would not recommend J&L auto glass…

I should have stopped him when he pulled out the DeWalt reciprocating saw. Technician did not remove the upper cowl and wiper arms. This in turn caused much damage to a very expensive part. When I told him about this, he stated that I could at least still see the vin number! He is correct! Technician managed to remove about 3 inches of pain along the top of roof line next to the glass. He also was gracious enough to apply some sealant to the side of the truck as well. As I was driving home, I noticed the dash now squeaks and there is also a generous serving of sealer on my passenger side A-pillar mixed into the fabric. I think what really makes me so upset about this is that I cleared my garage for him and stopped all my work so he could work in the shade and not be killed by the sun. I had ladders for him if he needed them, but instead stood inside my truck to remove and install the glass. Not cool. The owner knows about the situation but refuses to even talk to me. Instead, he allows Anna to talk to me. BTW she is a very awesome person. Perhaps with this review he might bother to call me.NegativeQualityServicesAuto windshield replacement

Had them replace my windows regulator. Now when I roll my window up, it auto rolls down about halfway. The guy said he didn't know how to fix it and that I should contact the dealership to have them reprogram it. Also started having issues with my interior door handle. Took it to Meineke, who was able to reprogram my window within 5 minutes. They also said that it looks like whoever replaced the window regulator broke the door shield, and now it needs to be replaced. Now I have to pay an additional $450 to fix what they broke. I would take it back to have them fix it, but I dont want them touching my car anymore. I wouldn't recommend J&L Auto Glass. It seems like they barely know what they're doing.

Support family-owned businesses . I call Safelite and other places and they were 400 to $600 . I try to add window coverage to my auto insurance policy and after a 12-month premium it still be more expensive to go with the insurance LOL then what I paid to J&L Auto Glass . The windshield they installed is nice and I'm very grateful I found them . Very friendly and professional and very very reasonable prices. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Took my car in today to get my windshield replaced. Was quick and easy, however after leaving I realized there were tiny particles of glass everywhere on the interior. My fiance had had scratches and cuts all over his back from getting them embedded in his shirt. I called J&L to simple make them aware of the situation so that this did not happen in the future and I was accused of lying about the situation and threatened with a police report. I will never go back here and will never refer anyone to this place.

How does J&L auto glass have a 4.3 rating? They literally are the worst glass company I have ever dealt with. The windshield was over $200 and it was the cheapest glass I have ever had installed in a vehicle. They destroyed the cowl and shredded the gasket surrounding the windshield. I wasn't aware, until I had the windshield replaced for the second time this month ( by a class act company), that they also broke the molding and tried to cover it up with glue, but didn't tell me. I spoke to the owner in person, and he said there was nothing he could do about the poor workmanship and quality. His advice was to upgrade my glass coverage and make a fraudulent claim to my insurance company! No customer service at all! His only concern was that he had already gotten paid. Do NOT use this company unless you want to be seriously disappointed and ripped off.
