Came here after my window got smashed in. The service and professionalism was not good at all. But, seems like replacement window glass is of good quality & installed well at least. They cleaned up about half the glass shards from the interior which I didn't necessarily expect. Disappointed mostly on two counts: 1. Grease marks left on both interior door handles & the seat. Had to ask for them to be cleaned up before leaving, and folks seemed annoyed by my polite request. Drove home with WD-40 smell - the grease is not even fully cleaned off. Unprofessional. 2. We got a quote for window replacement over the phone, and asked specifically if it included tax which we thought we heard "yes" - was a bit blindsided when the total was a bit over the quote & the manager did not tell me the total first before asking cash or debit, I had to ask. Still a slightly lower price, but not as good as we thought. I will not be returning here.

I'm kind of a snob if and when i take my truck to any shop. I had always done my own work until the last couple years (family and work take up most my wrenchin time) I had bought ball joints for my rig and never got around to installing them. Shops are known to have a "our parts only" policy, which is understandable. I went in and explained that i bought the parts with the intent to install them myself but 7 months later here we are. The owner was super cool and did the job with my parts for 440 in labor. Closest quote i got was 650 labor and would have had to buy their parts too. I ended up buying a brand new set of tires from him at the same time and he beat America's tire (discount tire now?) By over 200 bucks on the exact same tire. Cant say enough good about these guys...

I came to this shop to have my wheels balanced. They quoted me $70 for all four wheels, and I agreed since I didn’t have time to look for another tire shop and they were available right away. What shocked me was how unprofessional their service was. They didn’t even have proper wheel weights for balancing! One of the workers spent about 30 minutes balancing two wheels using my old weights, and decided not to touch the other two at all. When I asked why, he said, “Talk to my boss.” The boss told me, “Why did you come here if you don’t trust us? We’ve been doing this for 50 years—we know better.” All I asked was for them to finish the job I paid for, but they didn’t think that was necessary. They charged me upfront and even asked to see my ID, which was strange. This was just a simple wheel balancing—imagine what would happen if the job was more complex. Stay away from this place. They clearly don’t care about their customers.

So I decided to try them out because they had pretty decent reviews but I got a more cliche auto repair experience instead. I went in to have my driver side window repaired. I got that done and they tried to first over quote me after they had already given me a quote when called them back to schedule. Now before the job I could manually roll down the window with my hands. When I picked it up the window doesn't budge even if I wanted to. That's not what I was upset about I could live with that. My driver side door was completely fine when I left the vehicle that's not at all what I brought it in for. After the job was complete, my driver side door is now permanently closed from the inside. The only way to exit the vehicle is through one of the other doors. Typical sleezy auto repair people. Take your ride in for one thing repaired, leave with 2 things broken. I get that it's not a booming industry and they need all the return business you can get but I'm not stupid nor am I a cash cow for the auto repair industry. I was very dissatisfied because right when I told them what was wrong they immediately started quoting me on how much the New jobs would cost. I've never been so blatantly insulted. I kept explaining what they broke and they would just reference something else on the car to dodge my inquiries. Not to mention my battery was completely dead and my car wouldnt even start when I picked it up. I'm not sure if that's a common thing but as far as I'm concerned, the entire experience was unprofessional. Really wanted to find an auto shop I could be a regular at, this one will not be it. If you want a cliche auto repair experience where they take advantage of your limited knowledge of cars and try and squeeze you for everything you're worth, come on down.

I wish I could give this place zero Stars, fist time I went in I talked to the main guy and he told me that based on what my car was doing I needed an alignment they gave me a fair price so I let them do it, to my surprise my car din't got fix, I went back and talk to the guy again, he then told me that what I needed was new tie rods and that I was going to need another alignment after that and he was going to charge me for it again, I needed my car so I went for it, then I guess I din't learn my lesson about a year after that my car stared leaking water to the inside so someone told me to go to that place so I thought I gave then another chance, BAD idea that was, first he told me that it was leaking through the windshield so then he replace it to my surprise that din't fix the problem at all so I went back and he just but some more silicone and told me that that's all he can do, later I realized that there were some of the gaskets missing they din't even but them back the right way and the ones in the bottom corners of the windshield were missing, so I went back and he told me that he was going to call me went he get then from a pick N pull!? They did such bad windshield job it's ridiculous! its been 3 months and he has not call me yet, all I'M saying is be aware this people don't know what they doing!

The BEST place in town for all of your needs! Tires, mechanical and window replacement. While a friend was putting in a drivers side window for me the bracket to hold it into the regulator broke off. I called this shop and even though they had vehicles waiting in line, the owner Jose took the time to cut the broken metal frame off, clean the window, glue it back into my old frame and then tape it for the glue to setup. The whole cost for all the work he did was $20. He stopped everything he was in the middle of to help me. Wonderful Honest and very rare to find these type of people in todays world. Please call them and use them - you will not be disappointed!
