Disappointed on the care they take on your vehicle. They misplaced a bracket for my rearview mirror and they promised they would get it replaced. The owner says "Don't worry about it, we'll take care of it". I called at least 3 times and they said they would call me back with the status. Never called me back. Make sure you notice if things are missing because they will not accountability on anything.

For two years we didn't get our car window fixed because the dealer told us it would be over $1000. When another window wouldn't wind up, we finally decided to take action and found Power Windows Auto Glass in Santa Ana. Great service, fast and polite, and a very reasonable price. We couldn't be happier! I don't know why we waited so long. We will definitely use them again.
