Prolite Auto Glass

I chose to do business with this repair shop because of the good reviews. However they installed a cheap Chinese windshield that obviously has defects. Prolite's customer service is very cryptic telling me to wait but it has been over 3 weeks since I told them about my ADAS camera being misaligned. I've called and texted multiple times but get the same response to just "wait". I should've picked a different shop to do business with. 1/5 I do not recommend doing business with Prolite.

Prolite Auto Glass handled my insurance in an efficient and professional manner. They were at my home on the date and time specified to replace a windshield. The technician was courteous and knowledgeable of his job. He replaced my windshield quickly and problem free. He also made sure to clean any debris. I would recommend Prolite Auto glass. I will definitely be using them in the future.

This place feels like a scam. I was told I’d get $350 cash back—that was the only reason I went with them. When the techs arrived, there was no Prolite vehicle or uniform, just random third-party guys with a girl. They replaced the glass quickly, but couldn’t recalibrate my cameras. It took three visits to finally get it done. No one gave me my cashback, and when I messaged dispatch, I was ignored. Still haven’t heard back. Very unprofessional.

I asked the dreaded question, "can I have my windshield replaced today, please?" Princess in dispatch put up with me, she was extremely professinal, patient and communicative. They found the glass and came out same day. The price was nowhere near what I expected, it was very fair. Then tech Mike came out same day, went out of his way to get the glass. He was professional and a good representation of the company. Thank you so much for putting up with all the requests. I will be loyal and only use Prolite. Thank you!!

I originally went with safelite because I’ve used them in the past. I’m so glad they messed up. That’s how I found pro lite auto glass. They were half the price of safelite auto glass. My friend recommended Prolite to me after my insurance company wouldn't cover my windshield replacement. I called the customer service rep at Polite and she was so super sweet and understanding over the phone! They provided a very reasonable quote and scheduled to fix my windshield within two days. Ideally this would need to be an immediate fix, but I'm sure they are booked and busy at all times. Their friendliness and kindness is worth waiting for two days! Thank you to the Prolite team for excellent customer service and a speedy quote response. No hassle and no back and forth!
