I recently contacted Safelite to replace my windshield because I got tired of driving a hooptie!😂 It was an extremely easy process to schedule and set up the service. I scheduled a few days out but everyday I got some kind of correspondence about the service which I truly appreciated. The best part of the experience was my technician Cliff. I was given a window of 8-1 so I expected to wait until he was on his way. I was pleasantly surprised that Cliff called me at 8am to tell me she would arrive at 11am! That freed up three hours of my day to run errands so I really appreciated that. Once he arrived on time, he quickly assessed my car and went to work. Before I knew, it he was done! I was so happy with my car. He even transferred my oil change sticker to my new windshield. He was a joy to work with. I hope I dont ever need this service again but if anyone reading this does in the metro Atlanta area, ask for Cliff! Thanks Safelite!

Superior Customer service was provided from the front desk, any employee you come in contact with, and all the way down to your personal technician. I was extremely pleased! At this location I was valued and treated well by everyone I encountered. From the poor experience rendered at the Lithia Springs location last Friday had me nervous but I felt in my spirit that I would be taken care of and I was correct. I did the right thing to reschedule my appointment at this location. Every employee attitude match the level of service they provide. The wait was not long at all. That Lithia Springs location needs to close down for a week and go to this location to be properly trained when it comes to time management and to learn what exceptional customer service looks like when running a business. I thank each of you at this location for turning things around for me. I am a happy customer now. :)

Had my windshield replaced a couple of weeks ago. They had a special for their upgraded service that included water repellant treatment and wiper replacement. When I picked up my truck, I noticed they had not replaced the wipers and I brought it up to the technician. The technician immediately rectified that. After getting my wipers replaced, I specifically asked if the water repellent was also applied and the technician assured it was. When I got home. I decided to spray some water on my windshield to see. The water basically stuck to the windshield. I tried calling the store but didnt get an answer, so I called the customer service line. They said they called the store, but also didnt get an answer so they emailed the manager. I've waited a couple of weeks to review to see if they would fix the issue. They also left alot of the debris from the adhesive all over my dash. They either have some major holes in their QA process or they just dont care that they aren't giving customers what they paid for.

My car was broken into over the weekend so I made an appointment online for first thing Monday morning. I woke up 2.5hrs early and drove up to Marietta for the appointment only to arrive and for the door to be locked and lights off. I walked around back to the service area to get help and they walked around to let me in the front. After waiting about 15 minutes I was told that they’d ordered the wrong window and would be unable to install the new one. They told me they’d put a “crash wrap” on the window in the interim. However; this wrap blew off less than a mile down the road and it was raining yesterday. I work in outside sales and can’t drive around to all of my accounts in the rain with no window. I then got a phone call this morning that the second window they ordered came in damaged and again, they would be unable to install and I’d have to wait another day. I was unable to work yesterday due to this predicament and today will now have to drive around a less than safe part of town with no window leaving my car unattended for prolonged periods until they are finally able to fix my window. Proceed with caution.

I'm no stranger to this company as I had a previous vehicle serviced through them and they did a great job. All though the company has a 4½ STAR review, I guess it's based on the time, day, and tech you are assigned to because although some people could experience exceptional service there's always a chance of a few not getting that same service case in point with me this time around. I had an appointment scheduled this past Sat, June 28, 2025, between 0:00 am - 12:00 pm with Andrew as the tech. Well, needless to say, I never heard from the tech as the time neared and at the point of 12:00 pm no one called or showed so I tried going online to contact the business, but unfortunately, you can't reach anyone by phone. Everything is done via their website/portal. SMGH! It was now 12:30 pm and still no show so I went back into their portal and just CXL my appointment. I decided to give them another try and reschedule for this Wed. July 2, 2025, between the same hours as the original failed appointment. To make matters worse, I tried chatting with an online person this morning by the name of Patty and while I was trying to explain what transpired with the original appointment, she kept rushing me to get to the point of "How may I help you, Dexter" WTF! If this is how the business now operates, I'd rather take my vehicle elsewhere since there's no shortage of windshield repair shops that do just as good of a job as Safelite.

Absolute mess. Probably terrible management. My first original repair was canceled because a tech called in sick. I had another day on the schedule for 1pm to 6pm. A tech calls me at 9:30am and says he’s on the way. I eventually get my repair and a week later there’s a crack going down the whole center of the windshield. Now I have take more time out of my week for their errors. Oh and on the original repair, their tech left suction cup marks all over the windshield. Absolute joke. Great way to start off my Monday having to deal with clowns again. Update. Had my windshield repaired on 01/14/2025. 4 days later the same pattern of crack has appeared and I have warranty appointment scheduled. The original crack had no impact area and was ruled a defect. This is obviously something wrong with their glass. Edit. Going to 3 stars. They have been helpful with their warranty. I opted to take make vehicle into the shop this time. I got a more knowledgeable tech who was familiar with Nissan windshields. I’m hoping the 3rd time is a charm.
