Possibly the worst customer service I have ever received. I scheduled an appointment two weeks ago for 1 PM. I arrived 10 minutes ahead of time like they asked and they didn’t get to my car until 2 PM. At that time they told me they didn’t have the part, then magically they found the part when I told him to bring my car around. When I asked how long it would take they said an hour and a half. I stated I don’t have time to waste 2 1/2 hours waiting to get my windshield replaced if you can’t do the appointment , let people know. I’ll find someone else.

I recently had my windshield replaced by Safelite. It was a great experience, easy to book an appointment online, was able to get an appointment very quickly after the damage to my windshield occurred at a time that worked for me. I was a little disappointed at first they gave me such a big time window they would arrive during but my service technician Kenny called me the morning of and told me about what time he expected to be there and called me again when he was en route with an eta. I would absolutely use them again to replace my windshield

FOR YOUR SAFETY EVERYONE ELSE ON THE ROAD, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I am not one to leave bad reviews. You can check my profile, I like to give fair reviews. I had service done here in December. I got my windshield replaced. Much like many other reviews, Amy experience was fantastic. Until January, when the seal around my windshield began to come undone. This was within the warrenty time, so I didn't panic. I called and tried scheduling appointments. The robot would not put me through to someone. At first, because the call back number was my insurance company, then it just started hanging up on me. After that, I decided to leave help requests from the website. No response. I've been ghosted with an unsafe (I taped it down for now) windshield for three months. This company can not be trusted in service or response. I hope you do not share in experience with me.

* Quick Edit: Went there a second time for a van side window replacement. SAME GREAT PEOPLE and experience! I really enjoyed my experience working with this shop for a windshield replacement. They communicated great, the woman who books stuff and answers your call is awesome. She knows what's going on and very knowledgeable about a lot of specific glass stuff through experience. I was recommended to have mine replaced on site because I drive a monster truck. I'm being silly, it's a box truck. It does have stamped "SUPER DUTY" on it, so that means it's almost a monster truck. The tall dude that did the install was super nice and fantastic. He reminded me my wiper gears were kinda wacked, which I forgot about. He also gave um a quick fix. Per his suggestion I took the truck, and crappy wiper gears, to get replaced at the closest dealership because they were under warranty... possibly? They were! Anyways, it's fun to have a brand new clean windshield inside and out for a few days! The glue smell for a day may be a turnoff for some, but you'll get that anywhere. Great timely service and much less expensive than another quote I was given. Like $300 cheaper! Plus, this is what Safelite seemingly are pros at. Oh, I forgot to ask if they'd let me smash my old windshield with a baseball bat to get rid of some aggression! Next time a rock decides to take a crack at it first, I'll come back to this shop for sure. I hope they let me smash my old glass next time! I'd love if manufacturers could add an optometrist Rx to the glass specifically for you! Finally, you wouldn't have to fumble around with silly eyeglasses while driving! What a nuisance, right!? Best part, only YOU could legally drive your vehicle! Certainly crooks would be scared off! -Tu©

Well, it looked like they did an excellent job. I wasn’t there which is even better because I would hate to have to leave work just to meet them special in today’s busy society so it was good that they could do the job while I’m not there that was a plus They did contact me eventually, but I have requested that they contact me 30 minutes before they arrive that didn’t happen but other than that everything went smooth. I believe they also put my dash camera back on the windshield because I had a dash cam the only problem is they put it down 6 inches lower than what I had previously but that’s not a big deal. I guess I won’t cry over spilled milk, lol but far as to work it seemed like it was an excellent job. I haven’t really drove it yet to be for sure but seems like a really good job. I just hope they didn’t use a cheap windshield. I used them in the past a few times so far I definitely will recommend this company.
