Safelite was the go to for my dad’s automotive repair shop. Joseph did an excellent job with my windshield replacement. Very professional, friendly, humerus, work ethic was work quickly and with craftsmanship!!!! That’s top notch, right there!!!! Thank you Joseph. Thank you Safelite. I ask a bonus for Joseph of rent, food and gasoline. I will always recommend Safelite. Like $245.00 out the door. Easy booking online and easy bc they come to you. We live in a day and age where reviews and customer satisfaction surveys are the norm. Than you for reading my review.

We had windshield replaced a year ago and did not notice the 1/2 inch gap between the cowl and windshield until the wipers caught the gasket and pulled it up. We brought it in and the tech said that is how it is and it is fine like that - we are talking a half inch gap where i could see wiring! I called and made another appointment because this was totally unacceptable. I was fortunate enough to have tech Krister work on the issue. He removed windshield which was originally placed too high and was able to clip the cowl under the glass closing the gap. Kudos to Krister for putting in the effort to fix the issue! Shame on the techs that originally installed the windshield and especially to the tech who was too lazy to correct this.

I have used Safelite for at least 5 windshield replacements in the last 10 years. They have replaced 2 in the last 2 years. Every single windshield that I have replaced was due to a rock hitting the window but this crack was different. This crack started at the base of the window under the outside "molding" and then traveled all the way up the windshield. I asked to have a tech come out and review it for a warranty. Josh came out at around 4:30pm and spent about 20 plus minutes looking for damage. Josh was very nice and professional. He first pointed to something on the inside of the window. After trying to look for the mark on the inside, his boss, Alyssa, instructed him to pull out a ballpoint pen and run the point of the pen along the crack on the outside of the window. Josh followed instruction and eventually found or created a tiny "pit" in the middle of the crack. When I spoke to Alyssa and told her repeatedly that the crack started at the base of the window, she insisted that the crack was caused by the "pit" mark. I can replace my windshield for a $50 copay so it is not about the money. What bothers me is that I was not believed when I said it started at the base of the window. She first blamed something on the inside of the window for causing the damage, and then when we all could not see that "mark", she told the tech to pull out a ballpoint pen and run it along the outside of the crack. I am just curious if a ballpoint pen is the tool of choice for Safelite techs. Josh was super nice and was just doing what he was told to do by a Alyssa in the office. I am sure nothing will come of this review, but I felt compelled to write it.

My front windshield was damaged and the insurance uses Safelite for replacements. The original on site tech installed the new windshield while breaking pieces of the front camera as well as scratching the a pillars. Safelite replaced the windshield again and ordered replacement parts for the 2 broken areas the on site tech did. Their replacement windshields they offer are terrible quality and will get pitted and crack easily. The new one they installed just months ago is already pitted by the wind and dust. NOT OEM quality at all. Their warranty is a joke as well. It will not cover anything except leaking. This is not a warranty at all. Props to on site tech Mark, he was the only positive part of this.

Employees were all very courteous and helpful, and the job was completed satisfactorily. My biggest problem is that their policy is such that if my windshield cracks even further while they are working on it, that cost comes out of my pocket. I feel there is zero incentive for employees to do a good job since it doesn't affect them or the business whatsoever. If I went to an ear piercer and they said if my ears got super torn and damaged while they were piercing them, they'd be without fault, I would leave. If a tailor said it'd be my job to pay if my clothes got destroyed while they were working on them, I would leave.

Excellent installation, very pleasant people at the shop as well as the technician. They helped me with a miscommunication and got it all back on track, and when I arrived home the work was done looked really good. The only reason I deducted a star was, after pulling my car into the garage, I discovered the gasket bag in my shrubs, two wadded up paper towels and small pieces of old windshield gasket left on the driveway. To me it wasn’t a total deal killer just an inconvenience that could have been avoided with due diligence inspecting the work area before leaving.
