Dan got a piece of debris stuck in my defrost vent while he was installing my new windshield. This causes an INSANE rattling noise when I drive and I commute an hour to work each way every day. I’ve texted the installer and Emily multiple times and both have been unresponsive in helping me fix this. They clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction, repeat business, or doing a quality job. I’ve been driving for MONTHS with an annoying noise that my car speakers can’t even drown out and neither of them have shown any interest in helping me fix it. He also left my dashboard a mess with leaves, pollen, and even a dead ladybug to greet me when I got my car. Definitely not going back. Lots of other places will pay you more money to get your windshield replaced and do a better job than them.

I got my windshield replaced through them a couple of months back. A few days after, the plastic protector around my rear view mirror popped off. They came out to come and try and put it back on but it didn't stay. I was told that their warranty will cover this repair, but Emily has gone silent and they are not responding to my calls or messages. I have even had my insurance company reach out to them twice and every time they say that when they spoke with the shop they said that they will be in touch with me and that hasn't happened for the last several weeks I have been trying to get a hold of them. I would not suggest this shop.

Great experience with this Family-owned business. I get 1 text message from them every 6 months or so seeing if I need any windshield replacements and it so happened that I did. Emily was a delight to talk to over the phone and made everything quick and easy. I was able to set up to get replaced the very next morning. My technician was professional and quick. The tech that recalibrated my sensors, Chandler, was knowledgeable and friendly. Great service and got 150 cash after install. I recommend and will be using this company for any future glass repair needs.

Update to review- I used safety auto glass a year ago and used for a second time to replace my windshield which was done on 6/12/25. The tech who came out was Kyle Hrisko. Upon completion of windshield I noticed that when driving, my windshield was making a loud rattling noise same day. I stepped out to inspect it and noticed the plastic cover had been broken during replacement and windshield was not sitting properly. I informed Emily and sent pictures via text. She asked Kyle to return and inspect. Kyle informed me he did not break plastic cover and I would need to take it up with Emily for replacement as he is a 3rd party vendor contracted by Emily and owns West Koast Auto Glass. He was very rude dismissed my concerns at the end and left. It’s been over a week and Emily has not given me a timeframe as to when it will be replaced. She stated they would replace cover and seal as she said it has “warped” from heat and needs replacement but is waiting on insurance as I am under warranty. I am discouraged after reading several reviews from others dealing with the same issue and was never resolved. I have referred numerous people so it’s disappointing. I would just like for it to be fixed and have communication. Attached are photos of the damage. I have called GEICO and they state they did not see any notes attached to claim submitted about the damages. Safety auto glass was amazing! They were quick with the install and I was happy with the results.

There’s never been anything positive or negative for me to make one auto glass company stand out from another. But I was genuinely impressed this time. On top of being communicative, on time, personable, and quick…Danny knows more than what someone needs to in order to install a new windshield. There are additional steps with newer cars to do a complete job. I had no idea. He’s just smart and knows the business. He’s now in my contacts as my go-to.

Safety Auto glass was a great experience!Very friendly and professional staff both in office and installer. Easy to schedule and worked with my personal schedule for time and place. The installer finished quickly and gave me my cash rebate. I have used them several times and will continue to use them for my auto glass needs
