I’ve been chasing a leak in my 99 ek hatch for about a year now, has resulted in the entire car being stripped down to bare metal on the interior, door panels, seats, carpet, rear hatch plastic all torn out as I couldn’t figure out what was leaking and it all had a awful mildew smell. Realized after a bad storm one day of the car not being sheltered the A pillar on the driver side had a drip. To beat it all, within the same week of finding the leak a rock hit my windshield and cracked it on the corner I suspected a leak from. Waited awhile as I have a few others cars to fix, and finally got around to calling for quotes for windshield. Safelite quoted me 500$ and then said they didn’t even know if they could get the glass. Felt like they didn’t really wanna deal with me. Called 502 auto glass, they didn’t answer the first time but immediately called me back within a few minutes. I didn’t catch who I spoke with but he was more then happy to listen to me, gave me a far better quote then Safelite and got me in the following day before we got hit by the remnants of the hurricane. Even showed me where the water was pooling up and started to cause slight rust, fixed it for me and had me in and out within an hour. Honestly, stellar service. I definitely will be back and I’d recommend them to anyone needing glass work done to their vehicles. After all said and done I think my bill was under 300$. Upon checking today, after we had a clear moment from the constant rain and she wasn’t leaking and was dry as can be inside. 10/10.

Talked to these guys after contacting Safelite. Safelite quoted me $512 then asked for my vin to see if I need a recalibration. My quote went up to $1036. My mother had called 502 auto glass while I was on the phone with the insurance company. Guy on the phone was nice and understanding. I called them after I got off the phone with the insurance company. Got quoted $760 with these guys. I called on a Sunday so it was great having a place open on the weekend. I got in the next day. When I walked in everyone was sweet and friendly. It was said to take 2-3 hours. They got it done in a little over an hour. I was able to wait there as I didn’t have anyone to pick me up. I have a 2023 Honda civic and I came from Indiana and I would do it again. 100% recommend these guys for anyone. (They even got my river link transponder back on)

I had taken my Kia to this location to get my window repaired after idiot crooks had stolen my car. They contacted me back way before other glass repairs shops I called earlier before them and were not only the most fair in price and nice compared to the other auto glass places I called they actually had the glass for my car in stock and were all around great people to work with and got me all the way together all within the same day when other places were giving me the ringer and telling me they didn't have the glass for my Kia in stock and I would have to wait almost a week before they could even get to my car. 502 is the only place I'm letting touch my glass repairs the crew here is great. Highly recommend.

I called these guys for a windshield on my Subaru Forester and they gave me the best quote out of 3 or 4 other shops around town. They were fast, friendly and easy to communicate with. And what really topped it off was when I dropped the car off at their shop the night before I noticed the right rear tire was flat. (Didn’t say anything about that to them because I know it’s not their problem and I just planned on airing it up with my tow truck on pickup) BUT they aired to up for me and it’s the little things like that that stands out to me. I will definitely be returning/referring for any future business! Thanks again guys!!

I usually don’t write reviews but I was super impressed with 502 auto glass. I filled out a simple form online with exactly what I needed (windshield replacement). I got a call that same day with a quote. I showed up on time for my appointment. The email I received prior said it would take about an hour to an hour and a half. I think I was there a whole 40 minutes and it was done. I am from Indiana and was referred to this place by a coworker because we don’t have the luxury of getting windshields replaced by insurance for free. Overall, I would highly recommend them for honest work.

The best service ever , highly recommend this guys are very professional take very quick on my truck windshield the replacement took around 30 minutes , everything was perfect after the replacement because the truck has cameras and technology need calibration Wesley fixed everything with recalibration and explains to me all the information , also the car was taken to dealership because of special tool requirements and he pays for everything, really good man and professional, I will recommend for all my family and friends, thanks again for all your help .

I got my car broken into and these guys got me in and out the same day, gave a great price, and on top of that they’re very nice! I called around Louisville and these guys had the best prices and services, they even had the piece I needed in stock so no having to wait. I’m not going anywhere else for my car, local businesses as professional but personable and fair like these are hard to find these days. I at least know where to go if anything like this ever happens again, I can’t thank these guys enough!
