Needed windshield replaced on 2014 Silverado Z71. This was my first windshield replacement. I called AutoGlass Plus late afternoon day before Thanksgiving. A very nice lady answered the phone and within 10 mins I had all insurance info, everything explained to me and appt setup!!! WOW. That was easy. Appointment day is here. The company called me before 8:30am just like I was told by the nice lady. The technician was here before 9:30am at my residence. A Big Shot Out To The Man….. TYLER!!!!! This young man knew his stuff. He took care not to damage my vehicle and answered all my questions. Had completed job within 15-20 mins. Keep up the good work Tyler!!! Much appreciated. Best customer service I have encountered in a long time. Came to me to fix my window after it had been smashed in a break in. When there was a problem with it that was NOT their fault, caused by the smashing of the window, they diligently worked to find a solution. They told me to drop my car off and they would take care of the problem for free! Even more, because my work hours didn’t allow me to drop off the vehicle during their business hours, and because their key drop box is too small for conventional keys, Robert provided me his own cell phone number and drove up at 8:30 PM to drive my car into the bay for me. I will highly recommend this place to anyone with glass needs.

The service at Autoglass Plus is fantastic. A rock cracked my windshield pretty badly driving out of town last Saturday. I filed the claim with my insurance that day, and Carla from Autoglass Plus called me that Monday to schedule an appointment. She was so kind and friendly. A technician just now left my house after replacing the windshield. He was efficient, so nice, and it was very convenient not having to leave my house for the appointment. Spoke with Carla to schedule service for windshield replacement, for my father's vehicle. She could not have made things go more smoothly with the insurance. Five minutes later, we had approval from insurance and were able to get my dad's repair scheduled for tomorrow, at his home! My mother vehicle was broken into by the back passenger window being shattered. The staff here were all really helpful to her getting it replaced fast. Even opened doors for her on a Saturday. I took her car up for her and was in and out fairly quickly. Oh, and they were really awesome about the fact I was 20mins late on a day they're normally not open 😬😁. Thank you all so much

I called one day because I had a chip in my windshield that I wanted repaired and their site said "Free Price Quote". I called the next day because overnight, the chips developed into cracks and I wanted to get my windshield replaced now. I was yelled at and accused of working for another auto glass repair company and price searching for a competitive advantage.

Had an excellent experience with staff with appointment, with tech and with the completed service. Met and exceeded expectations. Even called back to find out what product was used to clean the windshield so that we could use it at home.Tech was very helpful with info. Would recommend to others!

Yolanda, Carla, everyone here was great. They kept in contact about the prpgress which isn't always done. My husband needed a hard to get glass replaced. These folks found the glass, did great work and held the car until we could return afer a trip. Highly recommend Auto Glass Plus!

Highly recommend for windshield repairs. I had an issue with my windshield and had moved away from Louisville for a job relocation and they took care of me quickly with the best customer service to resolve the issue with me being out of state.
