Thus was the best experience you could ask for with having to deal with a windshield repair or replacement. Its already a stressful situation but let me tell you the staff at Patriot Auto Glass make the process seemless and stress-free and not to mention affordable. From the moment you walk in the door you are warmly greeted by anyone who's around. They are very clear about the process and charges before doing the work. I can not stress that enough, they are VERY affordable and their work is top notch. I had a windshield replaced and recalibrated and I was done within two hours. I can not say enough positive words about this company they are the place to go for auto glass.

My husband visited this location this morning for a windshield repair. The employee that worked on my husband’s window was a bald man that was absolutely cold hearted, disrespectful and arrogant. My husband’s vehicle has a Christian logo and he exclaimed to my husband “Jesus does not exist.” Regardless of his personal religious views, his remark was uncalled for and offensive. I let the office know how unprofessional and disrespectful this employee was. However miserable hearted he was feeling, you should not treat people in a poor manner. They do good work but this left such a distaste for me I will never go back here or recommend anyone.

Needed a new windshield for my Chevy Tahoe. Stopped in at Patriot Auto Glass on Tuesday, 1-14-2025 and was greeted by Stefani with a warm smile. Mentioned the Tahoe had a Rain Sensing windshield and inquired if the replacement might also come with a blue tint on top of the glass. Stefani was most accommodating and quoted a very competitive price, and scheduled the install for Thursday, 1-16-2025 at 1 pm. Arrived early, and Stefani got me in ahead of time with the installer Ryan who did a Excellent Job! The windshield was installed on time and below budget. Job Well Done! Listen to me!! If you ever need your windshield replaced CHOOSE PATRIOT AUTO GLASS! Lets start with pricing.. for my 2018 Honda Civic it was $299. When I got a quote from their competitor (starts with S) it was literally DOUBLE! The customer service is 10/10. They respond back to emails so quick and got me in immediately for the replacement. The staff working the desk are so friendly & dropping off your vehicle is so easy. You can wait there or come back. Car was ready in 50 minutes! Absolutely wonderful. Hopefully I don't need anymore glass repair but if I do, Patriot it will be!!

Lowest price for windshield replacement in RI and professionally installed! The owners are professional and friendly people. They make you feel as if you are a longtime friend. I chose to wait while my windshield was being repaired. It took about 45 minutes, but the chat I had with Ms. Stefani while waiting made it seem as if it was only a few short minutes. I called to schedule an appointment and was pleasantly surprised when I was offered an appointment for the following day. I was told that the repair person would phone before coming and the repair would be completed between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Again, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call at about 8:30 informing me that the repair person was a few minutes away. The repair man was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He was in and out in about 30 minutes. I would highly recommend this company for your auto glass needs

I called on Friday to get a quote for my broken windshield,gave me a quote and an appointment for Monday 10. You can wait for it in a very nice waiting room,they told me it would take 45 minutes which it did and instructions what to do or not to do and I was on my way. They are very courteous,friendly and efficient. Their price was very reasonable and over 130.00 dollars cheaper than a couple other places I looked up. Would recommend to anyone needing auto glass replacement! They were transparent and provided me with competitive quote online that was the same final price. Safelite was slightly cheaper but wouldn’t do any safety calibration of my sensors. The customer service was phenomenal, Stephanie is very personable. The location is super convenient, right off the exit of highway. The services were quick and done in an hour and half. Extra brownie points for reattaching my EZ pass and dash cam exactly where they were.

Place was awesome. I called 3 other places and Patriot was the best price by over $100. I called on a Wednesday and got an appointment that same Friday. I was able to drop if off in the morning, and they had no problem with me leaving it there all day since I had to go to work. Price was exactly what she quoted me, didn't try to sneak in any additional charges on the back end. Super friendly and amazing work. Would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a new windshield. THANKS SO MUCH!

This is a great shop. Called on a Tuesday and someone was at my house two days later. Took about 15 minutes to install the glass. Installer was very nice. Price was also reasonable. Only issue I had was I recieved a 4% credit card fee which was not on the invoice nor was I told about. Being charged a fee is fine, they just need to let customers know beforehand. I would still highly recommend them and I will still be using them if needed in the future.
