Update: A year has passed, I’ve recommended these guys to many people since, now I need another windshield in another vehicle and while their prices are still good, reliability is worse than ever and I can not recommend them again. First they said they would be here Friday at 6pm, they messaged to say they were going to be several hours early so I was excited only to get a message 10 minutes later that they were not coming because it was raining it was only sprinkling and stopped 10 minutes later. So they promised they would be there Saturday and they show up 20minutes late, no big deal. We then find out I made a mistake and they didn’t have the correct windshield which was my fault. So they say they will get the windshield Monday and call to let me know if they are coming Monday or Tuesday to install it. By noon Monday I’ve heard nothing so I text them and ask what is going on, did they get the correct one and are they coming. By 4pm no return message received. So I told them I would find someone else to do the job and that they had poor business practices. I then call another place to have the job done and find out the windshield is on back order. If this was the issue why couldn’t they just call and tell me that? So now I will never use them again, and can not recommend there service. ———//////————————///—////////—————/// Original post Sparkle City’s prices are unbeatable for that alone I would recommend them! I was leery when I called them, new company, great price, I was worried and admit it. Would they show up, come with a used windshield, would they do a good job........ While I was frustrated because they were running late and I had plans for the afternoon, they did call to notify me that they were running behind so we rescheduled for latter in the day. The guys who came to install the windshield were polite, friendly, and helpful. Absolutely a terrible experience. I called and he was helpful with figuring things out and gave a good price. He said he was in the middle of a job and would text me a time. It was a Thursday and he texted me to come the following Tuesday. I arrived Tuesday am, the shop is locked tight, he emerges and is absolutely clueless. He was quick to say that my windshield was on his partner's truck and then he's like oh maybe it hasn't come in yet. Sure enough it wasn't in yet, probably hadn't even ordered it. I said can you do mobile service. He said yes. I scheduled the next appointment giving him one more chance despite this appointment being an absolute waste of my time. I had to drive 20 min each way and spent 20 min with him figuring it all out, he also had to take all my information down again as if I hadn't even texted it all to him. The day comes for the mobile appointment and the weather is spotty. The rain clears and it's just an overcast day. He texts me 5 min after the appointment start time to tell me he can't risk doing it in the rain and would follow up the following day. Yep, never heard from him again and I wasn't going to invest any more of my time chasing this dead end. Not professional at all.

Great experience. I had a large crack in my windshield and submitted a claim through my insurance on a Sunday. By midday Monday, Sparkle City Auto Glass had contacted to take my information and arrange an appointment. I was able to make an appointment for Wednesday that same week and everything was taken care of in about 1.5 hours that day. It was convenient to have the option of making arrangements via text or phone call, since I was at work on Monday and more accessible via text during the day. We finalized arrangements via phone call shortly after 6pm, so their hours were broad. I received a reminder text the day before my appointment. My appointment was on time and everything was replaced and squeaky clean afterwards. Even all my various appliqués (registration sticker, parking stickers, fast pass) were removed and replaced on the new windshield. Very happy with the whole experience.

It took longer for me to write this review than it took for Sparkle City to replace my rear window. Everywhere that I called told me that there were shortages and backorders and I'd have to wait weeks. Kevin called suppliers and kept at it until he found a window for me and replaced it the next day. They literally drove to my house to fix the window as soon as the supplier delivered it to them. They were extremely professional and did very clean work for an excellent price. During the 12° weather this past week, my drivers side window would not go back up. It was 11pm Friday night. Saturday morning I called several places to get a repair. No one could help until Monday, most places were closed. A very pleasant young lady returned my call and said she could send someone to fix the window that day. Two pleasant gentleman came within a few hours and fixed the window in less than 30”. They charged me exactly what they quoted over the phone. They cleaned my window and scraped off the residual tape residue from the tape I used to secure the plastic. My window had never been that clean. Thank you for your help!

Called them to have my car window repair done they told me to be at the shop at a certain time and sure enough they was on time with the appointment I was given . He fixed my window which was hard to do being the model of car I have they don't make anymore . He took his time and did a fantastic job .he's friendly, respectful and was concerned with my car needs ...I'm so happy to have went to a professional who charged me reasonable and did a fantastic job. Will go back next time I need any window repair and I highly recommend anyone who need a professional with reasonable price to go to sparkle city for all your car repairs ...

I’m not from RI and sadly my car was broken into breaking 2 of my windows ruining my visit. These guys at sparkle are top notch over exceed expectations and time of service. Making the appointment you can tell he had the best interest of my car and explaining the price. They started the work finished so fast and my car wouldn’t start when trying to leave. This is my problem but they made it their problem too!! These men are the standard for service going forward for me. They jumped my car and was patient with me as well. Don’t look any further go to Sparkle I’m telling you now! You will not regret it!

These couple gets the job done, I love to see couples running businesses and helping each other out, I had one of my truck drivers with a broken windshield last night, called this company in the morning and they happened to have just the last windshield available in stock at their shop which it was a blessing since we didn’t have to wait for them to order a windshield and then wait for it to arrive, they installed it within an hour, and at a fair price, I would recommend this place to anyone, this is the kind of people you can deal with. I live in ct and it was a snowy day . I called window repair in ct they gave me 2 weeks for an appt. I called sparkle city auto located in Rhode Island and next day had 2 windshields install my son and I. I am a happy client. Thank you Jesus for sending Jesus and his assistant for the repairs.
