Here's some good advice: fix your small rock chips immediately, otherwise, the crack spreads over time and you end up having to replace the entire window. I kept putting it off and putting it off and noticed that the crack got bigger with every car wash. Anyway, it had spread through half the window once I decided to call someone. I called Vince and asked if he could just fix the window. He asked me how big the crack was and when I told him he told me I would have to replace it. I knew I had waited too long but in the back of my mind I was hoping for a different response. Anyway, he came with the glass and fixed it in my driveway. The whole thing took a little longer than an hour I think. The price was reasonable and my car looks fine. I just wish I would have spent $35 to fix a small crack instead of $275 to replace a whole window but lesson learned.

I was able to call and get an estimate, they asked if I wanted to come in, so drove to shop. It's in a strip industrial area and I had some issues with Google Maps finding it, but, finally did, just have to turn in and go back. Came in, gave keys, and hung out for about an hour and a half. I wish I had brought some things to do. I guess most people don't hang at the shop, it's cool, but the little waiting room is smaller, with a limited number of television stations. They were super courteous, but I kind of didn't get an idea of timeline or what was going on because I was separated in the tiny room without updates. There's nothing around to really walk to, so, I'd have them come out, or bring something to do. Price was cheaper than others, almost $150 cheaper than Safelite.

I have had this company work on three different vehicles for me over the past six years. Vincent did the first job for me and I have had two different employees do work with the other two vehicles. Every time has been professional and on point. Which leads me to believe that he knows how to hire staff. The first job that Vincent did he did at his facility, but the second and third job he did was at my work which happens to be down the road. Currently having my window replaced In the vet parking lot to kick off my day. Unfortunately my car was broken into, in broad daylight, on the day it’s raining after getting some heartbreaking news about my pet. I tried another big chain mobile repair place and they couldn’t help me until a week later. I called advanced auto glass and they sent someone out right away to fix the car. They had another appointment but since it’s raining and my car isn’t protected they jumped on it fast. They were even cheaper than the original, big chain name business. Can’t thank them enough for taking a horrible day and trying to make it better.

Vincent immediately responded to my call and agreed to fix my car that morning. He even met the competition's fee that I was quoted. The waiting room was clean, with coffee and cookies available. It was a comfortable wait for me. The work was done quickly, and after he discovered the source of a whistling sound in the closed window after I drove off, he ordered a new pane which was changed out the next day. I hope I don't have another vandalized car, but if I do, I'm calling Vincent immediately. It's so nice to find a reliable and pleasant experience to balance an expensive and negative one.

They gave my mirror a temporary fix seeing as though it was dangerous for me to be driving with missing a side mirror❤️ which I thought was a great act of kindness. Called to get a price for repair/replacement of my windshield. Kind of got the run around about what the issue could be. "its probably water coming in through the carpet".... uh, no its the windshield. and then when i asked him what is it to just replace the windshield so i could at least get a price. "about 235 for a toyota corolla but i cant guarantee the work if the windshield is not the problem"...... i KNOW its the windshield but that statement made me take these people off my list. i gave 2 stars because at least i got someone on the phone with this company.

I want to take the time to give credit where it is due. I pass by this place on a daily running my routes. So I decided to give them a call because I needed my windshield replaced and was glad I did. Mr. Vincent replaced my windshield he was very professional and well mannered. The cost was way less expensive than Safelite. If you're looking for a place to replace your windshield and other issues with your window, I recommend this is the place. Quality work, time consuming and not expensive.
