We were traveling on I-80 when a truck threw a big rock through our passenger window. Pulling into Cheyenne we called the Toyota dealer. They did not do glass an recommended Artistic auto Glass. I called and spoke with them and found out they were not able to get a replacement window until the following morning. They did however clean out all the broken glass and cover my window allowing me to drive and get a hotel. They then had me bring the car back that afternoon and preped everything so in the morning they could just install the window. Further they let me keep my car inside their shop over night as to not have open and sitting in the hotel parking lot. That next morning that had my car done first think by 9AM so we were able to get on the road. I was scheduled quickly and they got me in and out of the shop quickly. The best part, and it is some thing I didn’t even consider saving, was that they stripped my beach parking sticker from my old windshield. I wouldn’t have been devastated, or perhaps even thought twice about it if I never saw it again, but it is a nice memento from the first time I took my kid to a real beach. it was just thoughtful that they scraped it off of the old one and left it in the car for me. 5 stars all day.

Autistic auto glass has always been the best in town. However, lately they have been on a bender with over the top price quotes. In 2022 they replaced my f350 windshield for $195. This year, they wanted $500 to replace my f250 windshield. Safelite replaced the windshield in this f250 last week in my driveway, for $240 after tax and disposal fee, with a lifetime warranty. Really try to support small businesses but at some point small businesses need to support paying customers.

Driving regularly between Denver and Cheyenne means rocks hit your windshield and having the damage repaired can add up. My son recently had the windshield on his truck replaced at Artistic Auto Glass and he suggested I give them a try! Stopped in today — they repaired the chip quickly and at a cost that was far less than I expected. What a nice surprise! This glass supplier does not know a sunroof from a windshield. Office made a huge mistake with my order done in person. Did not offer any condolences, or compensation with error. Caused me personal legal problems with coverups and lies. Do not take any vehicle you want serviced here, they do not have a good reputation for service! They lied to me twice that a sunroof was ordered for my vehicle, and never was. Move on and rock on fast.

I had a 2006 MDX (best Suv ever made) and these people helped me get the windshield replaced really quick. I appreciate the work. Very well done! Also, and most importantly, whoever drove my SUV also put the e brake on instead of just letting it sit in park, Huge Plus! This small move actually saves your transmission in common practice. Small independent shop. Neat, clean, and tidy. Easy to make an appointment. Job completed on time and as quoted. We tried the chain discount shops earlier. Bad experience. Turns out you get what you pay for. Want glass that is weather tight and won't crack in the heat because of a bad installation? Then this is the shop for you.

My wife and I were driving through and picked up a chip on our windshield. I called right when artistic auto glass opened and they got us in quickly and did a great job! The owner noticed two more chips that we didn’t see and he fixed them for us as well. This company goes above and beyond and are super friendly!

Fast service, they treat people amazingly they work several people on the schedule even though being short staffed. I had my windshield replaced. They filled the claim got done within a week super amazing service. Shout out to Barry you are my favorite glass person I wish I had ten employees like you.
