Gary is very professional and fair, he assures customer satisfactory to the highest extent. I brought my Jeep in to get all 7 windows tinted and I couldn’t be more satisfied! I have no complaints, dropped it off in the morning and it was done the same day! The tint is of excellent quality, the application was done perfectly, and it’s more than just crystal clear! Swannys is a great place to have your vehicle detailed! Gary is very easy to work with and very knowledgeable about everything he advertises and then some. His employees did a great job on my truck! I don't think it was that clean when I got it from the dealer and they were very quick with getting it done! Definitely worth every penny! They tinted my windows years back and I was gonna return only I have a hard time with scheduling a exact day since I’m a over the road driver. I called and the gentleman said they were booked and I offered to pay a little extra if they could get me in. What came next was a slap to the face! Guy quoted me $500 for two doors! A simple can’t get you in would have been enough but to charge 5x the price for a hour of work is insane! We took our truck to Swanny's to get detailed. We were very disappointed to get our truck back because it was not very well detailed. They did not clean the glove box or any small spaces. We also found dripping of whatever cleaner they used because they did not wipe it all off. They did not clean anywhere that you could see when you first got in the truck. Greatly disappointed with the service given. Kept the car for two days longer than stated and while had it broke the windshield and is now denying all accountability on it when we have proof it was broken in his shop. Now have to pay $2000 to replace a BMW windshield that they broke. Great people guy to work with. Told me they were booked out but I dropped my car off anyways. They told me they would try to get it done in a couple of days. Got a call that afternoon saying it was done. When i dropped it off I was just going to walk home. The gentleman offered me a ride. Stand-up guys and great work. Excellent craftmanship at installing the right window film on my vehicle.
