Intermountain Auto Glass

Terrible service and shotty work. They replaced the glass on my FJ inadequately. While driving on the highway, my upper molding came off on the drivers side. When I took it to Toyota, they showed me that the technician who last replaced my glass broke the clips the molding fits into, and GLUED the molding back instead of replacing the clips. They also took off the side pieces during install and failed to put them on correctly, breaking those clips and not replacing them. They state there is a lifetime warranty, but it is misleading and false!!!! They refused to fix the leak, clips, or issue unless I pay again tor it. Go with a more qualified and knowledgeable company, who know glue and duct tape aren’t always the solution.

Levi was above & beyond amazing not to mention incredibly nice. He texted to check in first thing in the morning & had a solid back up plan due to rain. He even researched & texted details to purchase new side cowl end replacements since mine were aging. Before by appointment date the sweet customer service representative called to let me know an earlier appointment had opened up. Intermountain Auto Glass is everything one hopes a company will be - full of integrity, value & exceptional service. I have used Intermountain Glass twice now and both times they have been awesome. Levi has been so professional and always makes sure he can get the windshield done in a reasonable amount of time.
