Ace Auto Glass on Betetania was outstanding. There were frustrating complications with my install (leaks) that turned out to not be coming from their windshield install. But thru it all they were outstanding. Super nice, professional, patient, diligent and genuine in their efforts to help me resolve the issue and find the source of the leak. Excellent local company. I give Karen in the office and installer Marvin 5 stars.

In general prefer to deal with local small business vs. national franchises with vigorous marketing campaigns. Having called all the independent local auto glass shops, with no response, I called Ace Auto Glass after filling out their on-line quote request. Within minutes, I had a firm quote and an appointment the next morning. Their level of customer service, professionalism and delivery went far beyond my expectations. This small company with multiple locations walks their talk. If you need auto glass service anywhere in Hawai’i, just call Ace. You will be amazed!

Chronic smashed out back window of my Tacoma Saturday early morning. FIRST THING MONDAY MORNING, GO SEE AUNTY KAREN AND THE BOYZ AT ACE AUTO MCCULLY. She took my truck at 11 am and was pau by 2;30 pm. Service is great and Aunty Karen handled everything with .my insurance. So happy and so grateful for taking me in as a walk in. Back in 2017, I had to install new door window after someone broke it. Searched for business who can install new window and found Ace Auto Glass. They were fast with their work but hope they are being more careful with customer's vehicles. After service, I found oil stain on my car seat.

Initially I've offered them 5 stars mainly for their good customer service. However, 6 months later my new windshield started falling apart. When I've return to have it corrected and repaired they insisted I find my paperwork and declined fixing it, even tough I had the same car plates and vin. I've finally found my paperwork a week later and return to the shop after making another appointment. My car got broken into on a Saturday night and Sunday was a holiday so everything was closed. I called probably 15 shops from Honolulu through Ewa Beach first thing Monday morning and Ace Auto Glass Ward was the only one that 1) had the correct part for my Hyundai and 2) was able to fit me in the same day. Cost for my left rear driver's side replacement was around $280, which was cheaper than what other places had quoted me (over $300). I dropped my car off at 11:30am and took a Lyft to a shopping center to wait it out. (There's NO waiting area but many things within walking distance. I just didn't feel comfortable walking around after my car got broken into in the same area). It was ready at 3pm. I think that's a bit long but they did tell me they were really busy.
