Satisfied with the overall replacement. Communication and shaping customer expectations could improve. Booking was easy enough although there was an extended delay for them to order/ship/receive the replacement window. Was told to drop off between 7:30 and 9:30. Arrived at 7:30 to find the office locked and drop box would not open. Dropped my keys promptly at 8 once the doors opened and was told I’d receive a call when finished. Got the call 11-minutes before they closed and was informed if I couldn’t pickup before I would have to wait until Monday as they are closed on Sunday. Not super inconvenient, but dust think it would take all day to replace the rear window.

Awesome immediate response to my problem. Courteous, helpful staff. Only thing I had to come back to get my wiper blades installed. But all in all my experience was great. Only suggestion is if the customer needs to wait for service, it would be nice to offer a shuttle service to have the customer dropped and picked up from a restaurant or food court nearby. That way they aren’t waiting over an hour for their vehicle to be served. But the Staff and Tech were friendly awesome and amazing. My windshield never looked so good. We do business with Safelite all the time. We are just right down the Street Fantasy Auto Custom. Mahalo

Friendly staff, multiple ways to get your vehicle windshield service done. They have mobile service which can go to your home or place of work. Great option, but the estimated hours for a service tech to tend to your vehicle are too too wide. They open @ 7am. The estimated time for my appointment was from 8am to 5pm. I wanted the work to be done while I was at work but just couldn't wait that long. I ended up dropping off and waiting for a call to notify me when the work was done. By 11am, my trucks windshield work was completed! I finished work @ 1pm and was on the road to my house by 130pm. Again great service. Thanks to all the hard working stff for yet another wonderful experience at their shop. Ohh and if I were to wait their, they do have complimentary coffee, water, and a TV to pass the time. I'm not sure if wifi is available, though!

Original scheduled date was postponed two weeks by Safelite. Tech seemed more interested in telling me what he could not do. Showed me surface rust when inspecting, thus voiding Safelite lifetime warranty. i had to remind him that I paid for "premium package" including new wipers and rain repellant coating, which he at first said I didn't. After pulling up my invoice, he confirmed, saying "it just popped up". After completing the installation and calling me to come to car (mobile installation), he proceeded to give me the rain repellent kit, stating that I could apply it myself. I told him I paid for s Safelite tech to apply it, he said he "spoke with his manager and was told that it should be applied in a covered environment". Why didn't he say that prior when he realized he would be installing in an open-air location at my workplace? I told him I could move my car to a covered location, he said he didn't have the time. He said he could offer a refund for that portion, and when I asked him how much, he decided he could apply it. Seems like if I wasn't insistent about getting what I paid for, Tech would try to get away with doing the minimal amount of work possible, doing less than what I paid for. I was really disappointed with Safelite as a whole!

Driver came back twice for me because I had to change my location. 2nd time he came I asked him to wait 20-30mins because I had to shoot my daughter to work. He never even charged me extra for the minutes. He then parked and had everything he needed in his van including the hard to find part that I needed for my bmw. He completed his work in less than an hour and cleaned all his rubbish vacuumed the glass and everything was professional. I would like you to give him a commendation for his pride in his work and patience. He did a wonderful job.

tech came out and scheduled my appointment for in shop replacement told me 2 weeks for new windshield to land and needed to be calibrated in shop. scheduled me for 3/26 9am about an hour from where i live. got there with my two babies in tow only for the very unhelpful office to tell me i didn’t have an appointment. they didn’t have my windshield. “said” they could not get in touch with the tech felix that scheduled me. i showed them screenshots of text confirmation felix sent me with my date the shop address and the office number. and they still had nothing for me. very slow moving very unhelpful. could not even get a reschedule date from them! they said they would call for whenever they get a hold of felix then original tech. WASTED my damn time, my kids day off of school !! terrible place. will be calling my insurance to switch places.
