Amazing!! My driver side Window was broken in due to the smash and grab Lisa and her family were on it!! Everywhere else wanted to charge me $550 and it would take 2 weeks to get the glass from mainland. Lisa and her family found it at slavage yard with the same tint!! To top it off they came over to my place and repaired it in less than an hour g or 1/2 the price Safelite wanted to charge me. Local is always best! I had a large cracked windshield from my son playing basketball where the ball hit my window and cracked it so I called Al's auto glass and radiator and was happy I did. Lisa answered my call and if I left message she always got back to me right away. Easy smooth and convenient. Lisa came and did her thing in a snap and my van was brand new again. Lisa was awesome! My window was broken out by a thief, but thanks to Lisa it was replaced less than 24 hours later, and at an excellent price. She communicated clearly, followed up promptly, and did excellent work on the window. She clearly cared about my situation and not charging too much.
