Ace Auto Glass

Spent 3+ hours driving and waiting only for them to tell me that the glass that they had doesn't fit my car. This was after I made an appointment and they told me that they had the glass for my car. They were the only ones I could find that said they had the glass in stock so I went to them only to end up wasting time.

Ace Auto Glass takes pride in replacing your broken window. Our vehicle had the window vandalized while parked. We called Ace Auto Glass and they were able to verify the availability of the window in stock and we're able to replace it perfectly the next morning. They even take the time to vacuum the broken glass out of the car. Amazing service.

Great appointment! My window got busted out on beach. Car was repaired quickly with quality service. Mercedes Benz wanted 3x the amount and I wouldn’t have window for another 7 business days. Since Mercedes didn’t have my window In stock they recommended me to this shop! I was able to get a appointment the following day after calling. My daughter is a student living in Honolulu and I live in L.A.. A thief broke a window to steal some items in her car. She had just started a new nursing program so I did the leg work for her. I called numerous auto glass companies, left messages and no return calls. The woman at ACE was very helpful, checked her inventory to confirm the one they had, she called me back and then called my daughter to confirm the appointment time. The install was done in a timely and professional manner.

Had a small chip in the windshield. Was quoted 72 dollars, then 2 hours after making the appointment, they called me back and said it would actually be 85. I went to the appointment, and they double booked me and said I’d have to wait for 2-3 hours. I asked if I could come back in 2 hours, and they said okay. When I came back in 2 hours, They said they couldn’t help me and gave me an appointment four days later. I got to this appointment, waited for two hours, was charged 90 dollars AND THEY MADE IT WORSE. I paid for them to make the damage worse. Then they gaslit me and said that was normal for a repair. This is my first time writing a negative review.

Made an appointment to go in on a Saturday (short hours for them). Female service advisor on the phone was friendly & accommodated. Price quoted was the best on the island.
