Tried to schedule an appointment with Ashton. After my calls haven't been answered or returned for 2 days. I finally texted him thank you but you don't seen reliable and I don't want to work with you. He finally replied and said, "I don't feel like working with you either because you seem like an idiot." Super rude when I was very patient in trying to get my window done. 0 stars. Would not recommend to anyone.

Amazing service! Called him the day before to make an appointment and then he came by the following morning. He replaced my windshield on my 1997 Mazda Miata. Absolutely amazed at how quick he worked, he had finished in about 35-40 minutes. Super affordable too! Way cheaper than going to safelite to be honest and he comes to you!

AMAZING SERVICE...Ive used Ashton twice, on my lifted truck, and 4 door luxury sedan. He came out same day to take care of my truck and on scheduled time to do my other vehicle. He is prompt and professional, provides a warranty, gets back to you with quick replies via text/and or call, and is CHEAPER than the competition. This is my first review on yelp or Google reviews, and it's because it's much deserved...this guy does a great job and there is nothing negative to say about his operation. Ashton came to my place of work to replace my windshield. He arrived early, it took him less than 40 minutes to complete everything, and he was super helpful and patient in answering all my annoying questions about how windshield replacements work and why the hell Hawaii law makes you replace your windshield even for small cracks. Also, when I first called and left a message with him, he got back to me within 15 minutes, and he also replied to my texts immediately when I had questions about payment. I was also happy to find out after he finished and gave me an invoice that the install comes with a lifetime warranty. Just as a reference, I was originally referred to Ace Auto Glass, who I'm told does a great job and has excellent customer service, but it wasn't feasible for me to drop my car off before work and pick it up later that day. They also quoted me $20 more than Ashton charged me. So if you are looking for convenience, a good price, and great service, I'd say you can't go wrong with Ashton!

Great experience from start to finish! I had a small chip in my windshield that I didn’t notice, that became a small crack and within a week it was halfway across my windshield. I called Ashton and we set up a day for him to come to my office to replace my windshield. Very professional in every way. It was done in less than an hour and the work was impeccable. I’d definitely recommend this local company over other larger mobile glass companies…and the cost was similar to those other big companies.
