Very, very, very unprofessional, very, very rude !!! talks over you on the phone... Spent days trying to get him to show up for a very very simple task and he basically waisted my time. Claiming I didn't send and address Well !! I was planning to send him my address the morning of our appointment day ... guess I wasn't important enough for him to actually show up This joker has the nerve to call me on the phone to argue about it... very very rude !!! Pick a different glass guy. This one needs an attitude adjustment

Amazing service! Called him the day before to make an appointment and then he came by the following morning. He replaced my windshield on my 1997 Mazda Miata. Absolutely amazed at how quick he worked, he had finished in about 35-40 minutes. Super affordable too! Way cheaper than going to safelite to be honest and he comes to you!

AMAZING SERVICE...Ive used Ashton twice, on my lifted truck, and 4 door luxury sedan. He came out same day to take care of my truck and on scheduled time to do my other vehicle. He is prompt and professional, provides a warranty, gets back to you with quick replies via text/and or call, and is CHEAPER than the competition. This is my first review on yelp or Google reviews, and it's because it's much deserved...this guy does a great job and there is nothing negative to say about his operation. I called for one of my customers who needed help. He was busy & I told him my buddy really needed the help. Ashton was in town & showed up in Kailua in 1 hour. He gave us a great price & did the job in 35 minutes. He professionally removed the window, removed the old rubber, cleaned all the surfaces & installed the new windshield & the new rubber. After an unfortunate incident and a smashed rear window for a 10 year old car. I contacted insurance and the big names, they all quoted me my deductible or for the part alone $1700. I gave Aloha Mobile Glass a call after a week of dealing with insurance and getting no where. He answers he has the window in stock says he can be there in an hour. Window installed stellar work and unbelievably time efficient and his prices at least in my circumstance shocked me compared to competitors. After two weeks of a nightmare, he solved the issue within two hours of me giving him a call. Can't reccomend his services enough.
